CREDIT CARD: In order to use your credit card, either Mastercard , Visa or Discover you will need to clearly state all raised numbers and the expiration date. You will then be billed by your credit card company. We will send you a regular invoice so that you will have a record of the amount of purchases and the date of the order. In the event a credit card order would need to be returned for credit or refund, these refunds will be made to your credit card account, however, any inquiries pertaining to shortages, damage or loss must be directed to Hagen's. SHIPMENTS: Open account orders, freight will be prepaid and billed. Cash accounts should include approximate freight costs with order. We will ship UPS unless otherwise specified. No C.O.D. shipments can be made to Canada. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT NUMBER: Please use your area code and phone number or your customer account number when ordering or on any correspondence with our company. It is very important that you supply this information MINIMUM ORDERS: Minimum order quantities are listed with each product in our catalog. An additional charge of $1.00 per order line item will be made for less than minimum quantities. Due to the cost of handling, any orders under $50.00 will be subject to a $5.00 handling fee. MERCHANDISE RETURNS: No returns without prior approval. There will be a 10% handling charge on any returned merchandise. Returns must be in good condition.
